Seokhan Jung is a Manhwa cartoonist and illustrator based in London. He was Runner Up in the Cape Observer Comica Graphic Short Story Prize 2015.

Belief In Eyes

His first zine, Belief in Eyes and sold at the Comica Comiket a few years ago. It is a story about a little boy who sees optical illusions of the world, which is not visible to others.

After this zine was produced, Sid began cmaking comics continuously.

Soeum

His second work is a short comic called Soeum (Noise), published online on a South Korean web-comic site Lezhin Comics. It illustrates a intense conflict between neighbours.

SM Tiger

A year later, he started working on a long web-comic serial called SM Tiger.

This violent action comic follows a high school girl’s brutal revenge for the murder of her sister. The serial was published weekly for a year and half, finished in December 2015.
It is going to be published in English soon.

He tries to make short comics too while he works on a long project. So he made several zines as well as short comics online. The runner-up entry in the Graphic Short Story Prize 2015 ‘Back Soon’ is one of the short comics.

Currently he is working on a new comic about fugitives in London.

A high-school outcast becomes the cruellest fighter in order to take her revenge on the cruellest killer, who killed her younger sister.
She knows the revenge is not what her sister wishes, but she cannot stop, because she starts feeling the pleasure of fighting.
