The Comica Comiket Spring 2016
will take place on Saturday, 14 May 2016,
beneath the West Handyside Canopy,
adjacent to the House Of Illustration and Central Saint Martins,
from 11:00am until 6:00pm.

There is no on-site parking for the public.

Loading and Unloading Stock
If you are arriving in a vehicle, you can make deliveries to drop off boxes and stock using the access at the side of the Platform Theatre and Handyside Street, but you will not be able to park.
There are no storage facilities. If you need to deliver things to the venue in advance, please let us know first so we can make arrangements.
Team Comica will be at the House Of Illustration from 9:00 am.
Team Comica will wear badges and can assist.
First Aiders will be there too if required.
Tables will be set out.
You will also find a your name on a place-holder sign on your allocated place or table when you arrive.
Vendors will have a table number and this will be shown along side their name in the Exhibitors Listing on the website comiket.comica.london
Vendors are required to bring their own table covers.
Remember to have change for your cash box!
The House Of Illustration nor The Comica Company Ltd is not responsible for your stock or your money so be vigilant.
The Drawing Parade starts at 11:00 am with announcements by Paul Gravett and the start of the Drawing Parade. The Drawing Parade ends at 5:30pm
The House of Illustration have strict rules about closing time which is on the dot at 6:00pm.
At the end of the day begin packing up at 16.30 and we have to clear the building by 17.00 – when the building closes to all vendors and the public.
Teams will be remove the tables. Exhibitors do not need to do this.
Cash points are at Kings Cross station.
There are toilets in the House Of Illustration.
Please take instruction from House Of Illustration Staff and Team Comica staff
Security staff may ask to see what is in your boxes, bags—so please bear that in mind.
Be aware of health and safety matters ensuring that stock is packed safely and carefully.
If you see unattended items please find out who they belong too, otherwise report this to the Security and they will have it removed.
