Alexandre Szolnoky is a visual artist from Brazil. He has been making comics for about 10 years now, and in 2015 started to self-publish them. He released the following titles so far:

Prédio (Skyscraper), a silent comic strip about landscape revolution, based on his personal view of his hometown, São Paulo;

TV Sonho (Dream TV), a short sci-fi story about reality shows, paranoia and the struggle to set one’s mind free. This story is going to be continued in a near future.

“In my comic books I do everything, from drawing, painting, writing and lettering. I also work as a graphic designer.

I simply love comics and I’m interested in joining creative groups and making partnership with other artists.”

Alexandre Szolnoky: Buddha Boy

Buddha Boy tells the story of people living in Buddhist monasteries, and how their lives are affected by it.

Buddha Boy has approximately 100 pages finished so far, that will be published in four parts.

The issues that follow will use different techniques and narrative approaches.
